Why

When you break a leg, you go to the doctor. It’s a physical part of your body. A bandage, some painkillers and off you go. When it’s the thoughts that hurt, when you are sad, what do you do to get out of it?

This diary is my journey to figuring out how to get out of my deep state of sadness. Knowing you are reading it gives me the courage to be constant, and the motivation to continue. This work is mine, and mine alone. But knowing that there are many of us out there makes me feel I am not alone in my struggle. And we will win.
